Description
An HXRR EFS-04D24L radial blower fan for 24V systems: 40 x 40 mm square, 10 mm thick, with a brushless motor drawing 0.10 A. It pulls air in through the round intake and pushes a narrow, strong stream out of the side outlet, which is what a 3D printer part cooling duct needs, and it runs straight from the 24V fan port on printers such as the Ender 3 V2 and most Voron builds. The lead is short, about 5 cm, and ends in a small white 2-pin plug, so most installs join it to the old fan’s lead or an extension.

Wiring & getting started
-
Check the fan voltage
Make sure the fan port or supply is 24V. Many older and smaller printers run 12V fans; for those, use our 12V 4010 blower fan instead.
-
Extend the lead
The fan lead is about 5 cm. Join it to your old fan’s lead or an extension with solder and heatshrink, red to red and black to black, and keep the joint away from the hot end and moving parts.
-
Fit it and test
Push the side outlet into the duct and fix the fan through the corner holes. Red goes to + and black to 0V; check which pin of your board’s port is + first. Set the part cooling fan speed in your slicer or with M106; very low percentages may not start the fan.
