Meet my latest cocktail glass, the San Diego Mug.
I've used glue and resin to attach the reflective stars to this mug, I have used a UV stable resin to attach the flowers and the product states that it will not discolour however please be sure to store your item out of direct sunlight to keep her looking nice just in case. The edges of the acrylic stars may also not be as smooth as the ceramic so please handle with care.
Please do not pull on or wack the stars as they will break off, they are not removable, please only gently hand wash.
These mugs stand at approx. 18cm tall and 6cm x 8cm wide and hold approximately 450mls of your favorite cocktail OR mocktail!. They are made by hand from white earthenware pottery, lead free food safe glaze and love.
The items photographed in the background & the swizzles do NOT come with your mug.

I have NOT requested a signature on delivery however your local parcel delivery team may require this for delivery in your area & if this happens & you are not home to sign for your parcel you will see an 'Attempted Delivery' on your tracking details in. updates postage information often, please stay on top of this from your side. You may not receive any further notification, any ‘attempted delivery’ notice is simply your que to visit your local postal office (not a courier) just your national postal service office to retrieve your item. Please pick this up within 48 hours or the parcel will be returned to me, this is your responsibility. PLEASE DO NOT purchase this item if you are unwilling or unable to attend the post office to retrieve it. I pay additional postage on top of what you have paid & I also pay the U.S. tariff and ensure full tracking. If this item is returned to me you will be required to pay the additional postage & tariff next time around to have it sent back, a shipping return does not allow you to gain a refund on this item. I've had a turn around take 3 months to get back to me. PLEASE!!!!!!!! If you know that you are going to be on vacation please contact me (BEFORE IT SHIPS – MESSAGES – NOT ON SOCIAL MEDIA – I MIGHT MISS YOUR MESSAGE!) to have it sent to a friend OR!!! If you are not home during postal hours please arrange to have this parcel sent to your work address. I'm a small business & try my hardest to provide great service. I have not had any mugs go completely missing in the last 5 years.

If you drop & break your item please do not contact me for a refund, these are handmade ceramic items & do not bounce, please handle carefully. Breakages during handling or use are not a refundable issue.
Please view the images carefully, if there is a color spot shown in the images, your mug will arrive with a color spot. A number of the glazes I use are transparent & look 'streaky' this is correct to the type of glaze I have used & is not a defect but I try my best to show the item in images as best as possible however if you believe your item is vastly different to that shown please contact me to discuss further.
I have tested all mugs for liquid use for 45mins prior to packaging. Hairline cracks may occur during shipping, If you believe there are any structural issues with your mug please ensure you advise me WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK of receiving it to receive a refund.
I will ensure that your piece is packed with care, however sometimes breakages during postage do occur, if this happens just send me through a quick snap of your broken piece (within 7 days of receiving your parcel NOT SOCIAL MEDIA) & I’ll pop your full refund (including postage) right back into your account.
