Description

A 10 piece E3D V6 nozzle set with an M6 thread for 1.75mm filament. Eight brass nozzles take you from 0.1mm fine detail to 1.0mm fast, thick layers, and the set adds one stainless steel and one hardened steel nozzle for food-contact and abrasive filaments. It fits E3D V6 style hotends such as the Prusa MK3 and MINI, and printers upgraded to a V6. It does not fit a stock Ender 3 or CR-10, which use MK8 nozzles.

10x
E3D V6 nozzles: 8 brass, 1 stainless steel, 1 hardened steel

Packed together in one labelled bag. The stainless and hardened sizes vary from set to set as listed above.

Great for

Everyday PLA, PETG, ABS and TPU (0.4mm)
Fine detail and miniatures (0.1 to 0.25mm)
Faster, stronger parts (0.6 to 1.0mm)
Food-contact prints (stainless steel)
Carbon fibre, glow and filled filaments (hardened steel)
Spares for a Prusa MK3, MINI or V6 hotend

Changing a nozzle

  1. Heat the hotend

Bring it to about 220C so filament in the nozzle is soft.

  2. Hold the heater block

Grip the block with a spanner so it cannot twist, then unscrew the old nozzle.

  3. Fit the new nozzle hot

Screw it in and tighten it against the heatbreak, not the heater block, so it does not leak.

  4. Update your slicer

Set the new nozzle size and a line width to match before printing.

Note: This is a limited run made up from our remaining nozzle stock, which we are not restocking. Once the sets are gone they will not be replaced.
