Meet my latest cocktail glass, the Dive Bar Mug.
Please do not pull on or wack the sign panel, it is held on by little magnets however do not hold the glass over that panel as it may slide out of your hand, please only gently hand wash. I have attached a little video from one of the mugs (this may not be your exact mug but the process is the same) on how to install your lights to the mug. There is a magnet in the little hole above the door which will hold onto your downlight. Be sure to KEEP the little tabs that are inserted into the lights – the lights are re-usable and can last for a very long time – I tested one which lasted for over 2 weeks. I have included additional lights for you but I do not sell these lights,
PLEASE NOTE: I have used UV stable food safe resin during the manufacture of this mug however resins may slightly darken over time, please store your item out of sunlight when not in use.
These mugs stand at approx. 18cm tall and 9cm x 10cm wide and hold approximately 500mls of your favorite cocktail OR mocktail!. They are made by hand from white earthenware pottery, acrylic, lead free food safe glaze and love.
The items photographed in the background & the swizzles do NOT come with your mug.

I make trips to the post office twice a week and your piece will be heading your way within the next 3 to 4 business days.
I have not in the past year had any mugs go completely missing. Please only purchase an item with patience.
I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH…..
I have NOT requested a signature on delivery however YOUR local parcel delivery may require this for delivery in YOUR area & if this happens & you are not home to sign for your parcel you will see a note in your postage tracking advising that there was an 'Attempted Delivery'. You MAY NOT receive further notification from your local postal service however your parcel will be stored at your local post office, you will need to arrange to pick this up quickly. It will be stored there for a few days, and if it is not retrieved it will be sent back to me. If you are unable or unwilling to physically visit your local post office please DO NOT purchase this item. This is YOUR responsibility, I pay additional postage myself on top of what you have paid so that your item reaches you quickly with full tracking – if your parcel is un-retrieved & returned to me you will be required to pay postage again to have this parcel sent back to you. I've had a turn around take circa 3 months on return parcels. PLEASE!!!!!!!! If you know that you are going to be on vacation please contact me (BEFORE IT SHIPS!) to have it sent to a friend. OR!!! If you are not home during postal hours please arrange to have this parcel sent to your work address. I'm a small business & try my hardest to provide great service. I just need a little bit of help on the delivery end ok.

Breakages which occur during use will not be covered for refunds.
Please view the images carefully, if there is a color spot shown in the images, your mug will arrive with a color spot – these items are handmade and not mass produced and glaze spots may occur during the glazing process, this makes your item unique and does not mean that a refund will be provided. A number of the glazes I use are transparent and look 'streaky' this is correct to the type of glaze I have used and is not a defect.
I have tested all mugs for liquid use for 45mins prior to packaging. Hairline cracks may occur during shipping, If you believe there are any structural issues with your mug please ensure you advise me within the first week of receiving it.
I will ensure that your piece is packed with care, however sometimes breakages during postage do occur, if this happens just send me through a quick snap of your broken piece (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) & I’ll pop your full refund (including postage) right back into your account. (I often don’t check messages on my other social media platforms so please use as your only point of contact with me). Messages regarding 'breakages in the post' which are received over 7 days since receipt date will not be honored.
